We run a range of face to face Yoga & Pilates classes in our bespoke studio at High Peak Health Clinic in Hayfield.

Helen Fenton

Yoga Instructor with Wild sanctuary. Helen trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2014 and runs Yoga Classes, Workshops & Retreats and Womens Circles.

Her style is totally intuitive, empowering people to move, breath and live in a way that serves them. Helen is a qualified Wellness coach and working with clients on a 1:1 basis is her true passion.

Helen runs Yoga classes on Wednesday lunchtime at 12pm, and Thursday evening at 6:30pm.

Alex Murphy

Yoga Instructor at Yoga In The High peak. Alex is a feet-on-the-ground, head-in-the-clouds kind of person.

Her work is intended to encourage you to feel your feet on the ground, solid and strong, and to simultaneously allow your mind to wander, creative and playful. To support you in being all that you are - even when that’s lots of things at once.

Her yoga classes are lighthearted and profoundly grounding

Alex runs Yoga classes on Monday evening at 7pm and Tuesday evening at 6pm.
